April 16, 2003. It never emerged. Maybe, the members of the Urban Affairs
Committee will speed up the process of reviewing this bill if

Delaware] in our state treats lost pets. Please take the

RE: House Bill 1193
House Bill 1193 would
effectively expand the minimum holding period for an adoptable animal to
at least 72 hours and should be used as a base model for all counties in
Pennsylvania. However it is limited to only Second Class and Second Class
A counties.
Legislation like this should be enacted state-wide as a comprehensive
change to the PA Dog Law.
